IF we have a "FIT", we'll have a Strategy Session to crystallize the goal you're chasing, the plan to get there, and what metrics you're measuring along the way.

This meeting will give us an idea of what it's like to work together and determine if we should move forward with either a Coaching, Consulting, or Partner relationship.

There is no cost and no catch for the hour-long Strategy Session. I'll simply ask for a review if you feel our time was well spent.

How much does On-Demand Coaching cost?

On-Demand Coaching is priced per session. Each session is one (1) hour long and recorded on Zoom.

Pricing varies based on availability and complexity. This current session price will always be displayed during the application process.

After submitting your application, your information will be reviewed by me or my team.

If approved, we'll send you an email with a payment link. Your session will not be confirmed until paid.

If declined, we'll send you an email with an explanation and, hopefully, recommendations.

Do you have a minimum business size you work with?

I work with businesses at various stages, but I'm MOST effective when you're beyond the startup phase and have existing processes that need optimization - rather than creating from scratch.

What is Blueprint Mapping?

Business Blueprint Mapping is the process of getting your business systems out of your head and onto paper.

We take what you're already doing (or should be doing) in your sales, marketing, and operations...

And we map it out. Visually.

Then we create S.O.P.s.

The result is a clear, step-by-step plan that you can actually use to grow your business, train your team, and fix what's broken.

Blueprints aren't just the foundation, they're how you'll sell A LOT more 'stuff'.

It's not theory. It's a tangible asset for your business.

We spend four (4) sessions together:

- Planning: We identify the key engines that drive your business and determine which ones need documented first. We develop a roadmap, a set of requirements, and a schedule for success.

- Discovery: We dive deep into the two (2) most critical blueprints for needed for your business. We'll get the core components down on paper and set up the next steps.

- Review: We go through the visuals together and adjust/further develop as needed. We determine the final steps and requirements for delivery.

- Delivery: We review all assets for both and make final recommendations.

Additional blueprints are available, as many businesses have 5-7 core engines/systems. Additional blueprints are typically handled in one (1) session.

How much does Blueprint Mapping cost?

Business Blueprint Mapping is a flat-rate package priced at $4,000. This includes four (4) sessions and the full set of deliverables (Two (2) Blueprints, SOPs, Action Plan, Research, Tool List, and Recordings).

Additional mapping sessions are available at $1,000. Due to the nature of how much we'll learn about your business in the first four (4) sessions, my team and I are usually able to deliver entire blueprints in one (1) session thereafter.

Do you offer guarantees or make any promises?

No. That's crazy. If you choose to work with me you do so knowing that I'll never make you any guarantees or promises.

Instead, I have a refund policy. If you don't like how your first (1st) coaching session goes, I'll give you 100% of your money back. If you don't like how our Blueprint Mapping Planning session (the first of four) goes, I'll give you 100% of your money back. Beyond that, no refunds will be issues due to the nature of the work I (and my team) do.
